Kevin Lyman has shaped youth culture for over 35 years with his award winning expertise in the music and entertainment industry as well as business and philanthropic ventures. Lyman is best known as the creator of the most socially influential music tours in the United States including iconic Vans Warped Tour, giving him the name “festival mastermind.”
Lyman pioneered the successful integration of corporate sponsors with the extreme lifestyle, creating a blueprint for sponsorship integration widely duplicated in the marketplace today. 4Fini uses this blueprint to produce some of the most influential events in the world including branded festivals and custom events.
For his philanthropic efforts, Lyman was recognized as the Billboard Touring Awards Humanitarian of the Year (2009), an honoree at the Grammy/MusiCares MAP Fund gala (2011 and 2014), and was inducted into the Top Dog Touring Hall of Fame (2012). He serves on the board of directors for MusiCares, TJ Martel Hands that Rock, Saint Archer Brewery and is an advisor for the Los Angeles Fairplex.Back

Jerra Spence is a Partner at 4Fini Agency, leveraging her entrepreneurial experience to develop impactful creative platforms and strategies for some of the world’s most influential brands.
Spence has been an authority on millennial and youth culture for over a decade. She founded and operated SHE, a multi platform music, clothing and lifestyle brand. SHE built an impressive roster of sponsors and strategic partners and launched a range of creative activations spanning music, video, lifestyle, content creation, and social media campaigns.
Spence is a 2001 graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and a 1997 graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy. Outside of her role at 4Fini, she serves as an advisor for various health and wellness brands, and supports female and youth-oriented non-profits. She is passionate about her active, sugar-free lifestyle, and lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters.Back
Kate Truscott is one half of the dynamic duo that makes up the 4Fini Nashville office where sponsorship strategy is handled from introduction through activation. Kate works with clients to create and execute key programs that allow them to access all that the 4Fini properties have to offer including social media and digital integration, artist relations, onsite marketing, and management of all staff each summer on the Vans Warped Tour.
Prior to coming to 4Fini in 2006, Kate held various management touring positions with music artists like Chevelle, My Chemical Romance, and Fort Minor. Kate grew up in New England and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After starting her career in Chicago, Kate moved to Nashville to launch the 4Fini office.
When she isn’t working, you can find her at early morning boot camp workouts with partner in crime Allison, hanging at home with her shar-pei Oscar, or baking gourmet treats for friends.Back
Allison Skiff is one half of a two-woman team that handles all of the partnerships and sponsorships for 4Fini properties. This includes generating sponsorship leads and cultivating 360-degree marketing campaigns throughout the year, as well as directly managing all sponsors onsite throughout the summer. Prior to 4Fini she worked at Clear Channel Online, where she managed record label relations, spearheaded an online platform for emerging/developing artists and played an integral role in the development of IHeartRadio’s conception.
A Nashville transplant and Penn State alum, Allison enjoys exercising daily, cheering on the Duke Mens’ Basketball team throughout the winter months, a good glass of Pinot Noir and all things Dave Grohl related!Back
Paul is responsible for overseeing all digital and mobile marketing initiatives at 4Fini. He is no stranger to high-level digital strategy and planning, integrating online and offline campaigns seamlessly. He oversees content creation and partnership integration for all social networking outlets for multiple entities, including 4Fini productions.
Having previously worked as digital strategist for Vans Shoes, he understands the role digital strategy plays for lifestyle brands.
Paul holds a degree in Journalism from Cal State Northridge. In his downtime, he enjoys hiking, traveling, supporting the Los Angeles Kings and Food On Foot, dedicated to providing the poor and homeless of Los Angeles with nutritious meals, clothing, and assistance in the transition to employment and life off the streets.Back
Jen Kellogg co-founded The Entertainment Institute, 4Fini’s education platform, to help music professionals learn more about their industries.
Jen blends teaching and working in the industry to help guide her insights as an educator of professionals in music business. She teaches a course on "Producing and Touring Live Performances" at Columbia College Chicago and works as the tour accountant for 4Fini’s Vans Warped Tour.
Previous to 4Fini, she was part of a talent buying team at Jam Productions, specializing in tours of minor league baseball parks, theaters, and arenas.
Jen holds a degree from the University of Iowa with a BBA in Finance where she acted as Assistant Director of SCOPE Productions (Student Commission on Programming and Entertainment). When she isn’t crunching numbers on the road or educating the next generation of music business professionals, Jen spends time playing logos with her two young boys and going on adventures with her husband.Back
Dakota is the Booking Agent and Creative Director for The Entertainment Institute, 4Fini’s education platform.
He has been involved in event promotions and activism for over a decade. Having worn many different hats at 4Fini including social media manager, onsite production staff member, and acting as intern supervisor for 4Fini branded events, he knows the ins and outs of production, promotion, and content activation here at 4Fini.
He is the lead singer, songwriter and rhythm guitarist for the band Naked Walrus. In his spare time, he likes to hike, travel, explore Los Angeles with his friends and family, as well as support the organization Notes For Notes, a not for profit organization dedicated to providing music equipment and space at Girls and Boys Clubs.Back
Acting as Operations Manager, Julie Grant works to ensure that behind the scenes production elements are in order for both the Vans Warped Tour and all 4Fini productions.
A proud Green Bay Packers fan, Julie is originally from Wisconsin, but has been a resident of the Los Angeles area for the past six years. She enjoys "treasure hunting" at flea markets, reading and making crafts to gift to friends and family.Back
Steph Mirsky joined 4Fini in early 2015 as the newest member of the Sponsorships & New Business Development team. Prior to 4Fini, Steph headed out to Los Angeles after graduating from Boston University to begin a career in the music industry working as the Sales & Digital Operations Coordinator at Hopeless Records. Following a passion for live events and touring, Steph joined the Agency for the Performing Arts (APA) in June of 2013 as a Tour Marketing Coordinator. While there, Steph utilized a specific knowledge base of the “scene” to help expand the client roster serviced by the Tour Marketing Department.Back
At 4Fini, Sarah is responsible managing the interns and applicants that stream into our offices every year. We value our relationship with schools and interns, knowing that in order to create authentic experiences, we need to work with young people and provide authentic opportunities.
Sarah oversees the internship operation from start to finish, working with a team to coordinate workflow, training, and strategy. In addition, she assists in digital and social marketing content for 4Fini tours including the Vans Warped Tour and The Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival.
Gaupel is currently continuing her education at Cal Poly Pomona with a major in Communications and a minor in Marketing Management. She strongly supports The Dear Jack Foundation (DJF), which advocates for and supports initiatives that directly benefit adolescents and young adults diagnosed with cancer.Back
Director, Unite The United Foundation
Greg is the Director of Unite The United Foundation, a public 510 (c)(3) non-profit, started in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina. Unite The United Foundation is committed to raising money for grass roots organizations that are making a difference in our national community. Greg works with 4Fini to organize events that help encourage fans, artists, and industry leaders from music, touring, and action sports to support local charities and to participate in community volunteering across the United States.
Greg started working with Lyman back in 1995, helping with marketing the very first Warped Tour. Previously he worked in marketing and partnerships within various aspects of the music industry before turning his attention to the not for profit world. Greg has teamed Unite The United with many non-profits including, MusiCares, T.J. Martell Foundation, Living The Dream Foundation, Keep A Breast, Feed Our Children Now, and many more.Back
